Kullanım Koşulları
KasaDefterim Pro uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen dikkatlice okuyun.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
Uygulama; gelir/gider takibi, hesap/cüzdan yönetimi, tedarikçi, kredi, bütçe takibi ve ortak kasa (paylaşımlı defter) özellikleri sunan bir kişisel/işletme finans aracıdır. İsteğe bağlı olarak hesap oluşturup verilerinizi cihazlar arasında senkronize edebilir ve ortaklarınızla paylaşabilirsiniz.
2. Hesap ve Sorumluluklarınız
- Hesap oluşturmak isteğe bağlıdır. Hesap oluşturursanız, doğru bilgi vermek ve giriş bilgilerinizi gizli tutmakla yükümlüsünüz.
- Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Ortak kasaya davet ettiğiniz kişilerle paylaştığınız verilerden ve verdiğiniz yetkilerden (yönetici/editör/izleyici) siz sorumlusunuz.
3. Uygun Kullanım
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde veya hizmetin işleyişini bozacak biçimde kullanamazsınız.
4. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
- Uygulama ücretsiz kullanılabilir; bazı gelişmiş özellikler (örneğin ortak kasa) ücretli Premium abonelik gerektirebilir.
- Abonelikler aylık, yıllık veya tek seferlik (ömür boyu) olarak sunulabilir.
- App Store üzerinden yapılan satın almalar Apple App Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- App Store satın alımları için Apple'ın standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içeriği (tasarım, logo, yazılım) geliştiriciye aittir. Girdiğiniz finansal veriler ise size aittir; bu verileri saklamak ve işlemek için yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla sınırlı bir izin vermiş olursunuz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
6. Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama bir kayıt ve takip aracıdır; finansal, hukuki veya muhasebe tavsiyesi değildir. Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Girdiğiniz verilerin doğruluğundan ve bunlara dayalı kararlarınızdan siz sorumlusunuz.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz. Verilerinizi düzenli olarak yedeklemeniz önerilir.
8. Gizlilik
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir.
9. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi sınırlandırabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de istediğiniz zaman hesabınızı silerek (Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil) hizmeti kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır.

Terms of Use
By using the KasaDefterim Pro app (the “App”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
The App is a personal/business finance tool offering income/expense tracking, account/wallet management, suppliers, loans, budgets, and shared books (collaborative ledgers). You may optionally create an account to sync your data across devices and share it with partners.
2. Your Account & Responsibilities
- Creating an account is optional. If you do, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the data you share and the roles you grant (owner/editor/viewer) when inviting people to a shared book.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or in a way that disrupts the service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- The App can be used for free; some advanced features (e.g., shared books) may require a paid Premium subscription.
- Subscriptions may be offered monthly, yearly, or as a one-time (lifetime) purchase.
- Purchases made through the App Store are charged to your Apple App Store account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
- Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to App Store purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content (design, logo, software) belong to the developer. The financial data you enter belongs to you; you grant a limited permission to store and process it solely to provide the service (see Privacy Policy).
6. Disclaimer
The App is a record-keeping and tracking tool; it is not financial, legal, or accounting advice. The App is provided “as is.” You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for decisions based on it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. You are advised to back up your data regularly.
8. Privacy
Processing of your personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We may limit or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published here.
